Lynn NoelLynn Noel was the Director of River Programs for the Quebec-Labrador Foundation (QLF). True to the mission of her organization, Lynn has spent fifteen years integrating nature and culture in her work in heritage interpretation, first as an internatioal volunteer with the Canadian Parks Service and since 1988 as a developer of education programs for the CHRS.
