Lydia RycroftLydia Rycroft is a geoscientist on TNO's subsurface team in Utrecht, Netherlands (part of the Geological Survey of the Netherlands). She has a Master's Degree in Geology from Imperial College London having also spent a year studying Earth Sciences aboad at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her Master's dissertation was based on convective flow in porous media where she designed an experiment to study the convective dissolution of CO2 into brine at the Qatar Carbonate and Carbon Storage Research Centre. Following graduation, she spent 3 years working for the International Energy Agency's Greenhouse Gas R&D program (IEAGHG) developing knowledge on CCUS deployment internationally.
