Lydia Maketo
Dr Lydia Maketo has a PhD in information systems from Curtin University. Lydia Maketo is a lecturer at Curtin University. Lydia's thesis focused on application of mobile technologies in learning in higher education. Lydia has earned an M.Sc. degee in information technology from the University of Wales and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the university of Zimbabwe. Lydia's research interests include mobile technologies, integration of technology in education and teaching and learning. Lydia teaches Systems Analysis for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition, she also teaches Enterprise technologies to undergraduate students. Lydia is a Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Lydia has previously worked in education as a secondary school teacher and a board member. Lydia has had roles in the information technology industry, working as a Helpdesk analyst and Systems administrator.
