Luz ArtigasMaría de la Luz Artigas Aspe was born in 1980 in Mexico City. She studied Graphic Design at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Later she studied for a cooking diploma at Ambrosía Centro Culinario, and then the specialty of Mexican Gastronomy t Escuela de Gastronomía Mexicana.
