Luis Eduardo MujicaLuis Eduardo Mujica was born in Colombia in 1976. He graduated with bachelor degrees in electrical engineering and electronic engineering from the Universidad Industrial de Santander, Colombia in 2000. His doctoral degree in information technologies as obtained in 2006 from the University of Girona, Spain. Since 2007, he has been a post-doctoral researcher and assistant professor at the Technical University of Catalonia –UPC- (Barcelona, Spain). In recent years, he has been a visiting researcher at the University of Sheffield (UK), Ghent University (Belgium), the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain).
