Lucia DaleyLucia Daley was born and raised in Montreal and Aylmer Quebec. She graduated from McGill University with BSc (HEc), and a Master's equivalent in Education from Macdonald College. For many years she lived and studied abroad in Europe and the United Sttes with her husband, the late Dr. Roger Daley.
