Lucella CampbellLucella Campbell is a native of St Lucia, in the Caribbean who also lived in Jamaica for many years. She is the mother of three. She was a radio broadcaster in her earlier years. Lucella migrated to the US in 1988 to take up a position with an interntional organization in the development field.
