Dr. Kelly's research interests include Strategic Management, International Entrepreneuship, Teams, and Family Business. She is a business consultant and founding partner of GlobalMind Center for Strategic Consulting. Previously, she was Sales Manager with Prentice Hall in Montreal. Dr. Kelly is co-author (with J.
