Louis Theodore Louis Theodore, Eng.Sc.D., is a former professor and Graduate Program Director in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Manhattan College. He is a consultant for Theodore Tutorials, which provides training solutions to industry, academia,and government. Dr. Theodore is the recipient of awards from the International Air & Waste Management Association and the American Society for Engineering Education.
