Lou MeggiatoLou Meggiato is a creative and passionate soul, who has found her path in life. She works with her clients as a Registered Aromatherapist, Yoga Teacher, Women's Life Coach, and a sparkly designer. She has spent years creating tools to support women t shine. She also holds women's retreats to help us take time back for ourselves while experiencing nurturing and self-love. Lou enjoys collaborating with other beautiful souls on her 'goddess' retreats to bring their gifts to the world and her clients.
