Lori DuranAuthor Lori Duran has held a lifetime interest in history. After finishing a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree that combined Latin American studies with master of business administration classes at the University of Texas, she had a areer in the semiconductor industry. She has since turned her attention to writing articles for publication and authoring Austin's Travis Heights Neighborhood.
