Lorena RosA Photojournalist Since 2001, Lorena Ros Has Been Widely Published Globally Including In Newsweek, El Pais And The Sunday Times Magazine. She Has Also Worked Extensively With NGO's (Soros, Human Rights Watch, Doctors Of The World.) In 2011-12 She Creted And Conducted Photographic Workshops For Inmates In Spanish Women's Prisions In Spain With The Support Of Grants From Soros (OSI) And La Caixa Foundation. In 2008, Ros Recieved A Getty Grant For Editorial Photography. Her First Project, On Illegal Immigrants To Spain, Had Won The 2001 World Press Photo Award. This Developed Into Her Next Project, Tracing Women Trafficked From Nigeria - Which Won A World Press Photo Honourable Mention, 2004 And The Amnesty International One World Media Awards, 2005. Lorena Participated In The World Press Photo, Joop Swart Masterclass, 2005, Presenting A Series Of Portraits Of Child Sex Abuse Survivors, Which Won Numerous Awards (2008 World Press Photo, 2nd Place And An Honourable Mention At The 'American Photographer Of The Year' Awards.) - This Project In Fact Was The Beginning Of A Long Journey That Culminated In Her To Be Published Book, UnSpoken.
