Liza PottsLiza Potts is Associate Professor in the Department of Writing, Rhetoric, and American Cultures at Michigan State University. She is the Director of WIDE Research Center and the founding Director of the Experience Architecture program. She is the forer Chair of the Association of Computing Machinery's Special Interest Group for the Design of Communication (ACM: SIGDOC) and a leader in the Women in Technical Communication group. Liza's work on digital rhetoric, participatory culture, and social user experience has been supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities and published in Technical Communication Quarterly, Journal of Business and Technical Communication, Kairos, Technical Communication, and others. Her book, Social Media in Disaster Response, is the first in the ATTW series by Routledge.
