Liz PollockLiz Pollock first came to Santa Cruz in 1975 to visit some friends at the UCSC campus for the Valentine's Day Waltz at Cowell College. As soon as she could, she transferred from Cal State LA to UCSC and majored in comparative literature. She met her usband at Adolph's Italian Family Restaurant, where she bartended for five years.
