Lise EliotLise Eliot, PhD, is an associate professor of neuroscience at the Chicago Medical School of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. A Chicago native, she received an AB from Harvard University and a PhD from Columbia University, nd she performed postdoctoral research at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. In addition to teaching and writing, Eliot lectures widely on children's brains and mental development. The mother of two sons and a daughter, she is the author of Pink Brain, Blue Brain.
