After working as a volunteer, teaching art education and writing, Lisa obtained a master's degree in Creative Writing from the Univrsity of Denver. Her love of the theatre and her experiences in the classroom led to the writing program in her new book, Literary Ideas and Scripts for Young Playwrights.
