Lionel Barry HarrisLIONEL HARRIS is a native of St. Louis, Mo. After serving 3 years in the U.S. Army, he engaged in a whole gamut of interesting jobs. After managing a large janitorial service, he was employed by the federal government, the St.Louis Police Dept., the otter Electric Co. and, the most enduring of them all (34 years), the St.Louis Public Schools at the high school level.
