Lindy JellimanLindy Jelliman is Zimbabwean born and lives with her husband and two children in Brisbane, Australia. She first discovered her passion for art at the tender age of 12, whilst at boarding school in Zimbabwe. Having failed miserably at domestic scienceand needlework, she was encouraged to try art. Here she was nurtured by a wonderful teacher called Mrs Melville-Thompson. Lindy was exposed to a wide range of mediums and styles and discovered that her passion lay in ceramics, acrylics and mixed media. She has used watercolour pencils for these illustrations.
