Lina María Grajales AgudeloShe holds a master's and doctoral degree in Engineering and Food Science from São Paulo State University, UNESP. Dissertation and thesis oriented to the development of rotary drum bioreactors for solid-state fermentation, using agroindustrial residue as substrates. She is a Professor at the Federal University of Tocantins, UFT, in the undergraduate course of Food Engineering and in the Graduate Program in Agroenergy. Leader of the Research Group "Bioreactor Engineering". She has experience in developing rotary-drum and fixed-bed bioreactors for solid-state fermentation aiming at biofuels production.
