Lewis HenryLewis Henry is the product of a caring community in Barbados. He migrated to the UK in response to the need for workers to help rebuild Britain after World War II. Encouraged by his family, he pursued education at several universities in search of anwers to the social challenges he encountered. He taught at secondary and tertiary institutions before establishing a skills training and enterprise centre in Birmingham. Then, as Caribbean Director of the Commonwealth Youth Programme, he provided educational and financial resources to help recipients create a better world.
