Lela KometianiLela Kometiani is an illustrator, artist, and educator. She holds a B.A. in Painting from the College of Arts, and an M.A. in Graphic Design from the State Academy of Fine Arts, Georgia. She continued her studies at Penn State University, taking addiional courses in graphic design. Lela has earned recognition in both book illustration and graphic design and has received several first place awards, including the Writer's Digest National Award and the Skipping Stones Award, among others. Lela has illustrated several children's books and her illustrations have appeared in magazines, newspapers, and other various publications.
