LD GreenLD (Leo) Green is a queer and non-binary writer, performer, college educator, and mental health advocate living in Richmond, California. They co-edited the anthology We've Been Too Patient: Voices from Radical Mental Health with Kelechi Ubozh, published in 2019 by North Atlantic Books. Leo's work has been published on Salon, Mad in America, The Body is Not an Apology, truth-out.org, in Sinister Wisdom, Foglifter, and elsewhere. They have received fellowships from Lambda Literary, Tin House, and Catwalk Artists in Residence. Leo has placed as a quarterfinalist and semifinalist in two international screenwriting contests. They are pitching a YA science fiction novel, and adapting one of their screenplays into a graphic novel. Leo teaches composition, literature, and creative writing at Los Medanos College.
