Lazaro Garcia Lazaro Garcia was born in Havana, Cuba, and migrated to the United States with his entire family in 1971. He was raised with the blessings of a loving family and all of the wonderful opportunities the U.S. has to offer. As a small child, Lazaro's moher would always motivate him to capture his endless imagination on paper, whether it was through art or written words. Since then, the sky has been the limit. Growing up in the Bronx, Lazaro had the best of two worlds. His experience having great friends who shared his inner city perspectives resulted in the fortunate gift of art and creativity that allowed him to transport himself beyond his inner city surroundings. Although he never pursued a career in art, given all of formal training and education he received, Lazaro never lost his passion for it.
