He is currently a lecturer and adjunct professor in missions and intercultural studies at a number of universities and seminaries across Africa, incluing Africa International University, Nairobi, Kenya and Africa College of Theology, Kigali, Rwanda. His travels in many nations of the world training pastors, missionaries and other Christian leaders has given him a richer appreciation of people and their cultural values.
