Laurelie MartinsonLaurelie Martinson is a communication and behaviour specialist with 25 years of experience working with business, government and community organizations. During her years working as a consultant and teaching management communications at the Universit of Regina, she continued to coach leaders and employees in the disciplines of maintaining personal well-being in the wake of organizational change. Her provocative programs carved a pathway for leaders and employees to improve communication in both hostile and well-functioning environments. Laurelie developed a model of Generational Addiction and Dependency that was used as core training for Saskatchewan Social Services. After years of leading group therapy sessions on issues surrounding codependency, recovery, and spiritual development, Laurelie continues to challenge her clients to accept the consequences of their choices, communication and behaviour-and take the necessary steps to rebuild relationships on the foundations of truth, accountability, and compassion.
