While Laura has done a lot of work directly with childrn, she has found that giving caretakers the words to explain and start the conversations builds a foundation for coping and understanding throughout the family unit. Laura has experience working with children with a large variety of health problems, has an in-depth understanding of the hospital system, and is very familiar with children's common questions and stressors. On top of all of this, Laura is a mom of three children herself. She has a real understanding of how busy life can be.
