Larry Kryske

Larry KryskeCommander Lawrence M. (Larry) Kryske, U.S. Navy (Ret.) develops victorious leaders who have vision, courage, and determination. He is an author, professional speaker, certified trainer, and facilitator who has over thirty-five years of worldwide succss leading men and women and building unstoppable teams. As a career naval officer, Larry drove warships for a living. He was involved in combat operations during the Vietnam War in his first ship. He served ashore in Naval Intelligence in Japan, on the Chief of Naval Operations' staff in the Pentagon, and with the Defense Nuclear Agency. Larry was also the first commanding officer of U.S. Naval Station, Pascagoula, Mississippi, which was the Navy's newest, most technologically modern, environmentally clean base in the world. He later served as a private school administrator and instructor, teaching courses on leadership (among other courses) for high school students at two schools. Larry is president of Your Finest Hour Leadership Programs, a full-service leadership development business that started in 1996. He speaks nationwide on leadership, teamwork, and innovation. He has given keynotes, conducted training seminars, and facilitated leadership retreats for over four hundred corporate, non-profit (trade associations), governmental, educational, and civic organizations in over fifty different industries. Larry is a respected authority on the life and leadership of Winston Churchill. He served a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the International Churchill Society. He authored four previous books about leadership and is a landscape oil painter. Larry has a BA in Astronomy from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MS in Applied Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
