Lance Joseph MacNeillLance MacNeill is a native of Austin, Texas. He began writing poetry in seventh grade and was published in various local print and online outlets. He studied business administration at Texas State University. After graduation, he served as a U.S Peac Corps Volunteer, advising small businesses and teaching entrepreneurship in Africa. When he returned to the United States he sought a graduate degree in public affairs from the University of Texas' LBJ School. His interest in genealogy and family history can be credited to his Great Aunt Mary who put her faith and family above all else. Her initial research into the McNiell family tree and preservation of family stories became the catalyst for this publication. Niall and the Stone of Destiny is Lance's first venture into fiction.
