Lama AloulIllustrator Biography: Lama Aloul is a Palestinian multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Amsterdam. Aloul holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design from the American University in Cairo, and a master's degree in fines arts and design from andberg Institute in Amsterdam. In her artistic practice, she focuses on indigenous teachings of the body in connection with the surrounding ecology. She is working across the disciplines of participatory performances, interactive video installations, archives, illustration, and storytelling. In the Netherlands, she exhibited works at the kunsthal kade, Mediamatics, When site lost the plot, W139, the Opera Forward Festival, Hotel Mokum, and the Sandberg graduation show of 2022.
