Lalit Kumar Singh BabuDr. Lalit Kumar Singh Babu was born on 25th October 1940 at Baripada, Mayurbhanj. After earning a B.Ed degree from Sambalpur University in 1966, he worked as a teacher at Rajaloka High School, Mayurbhanj (1966-1969) and Kostha High School, Mayurbhanj(1969-2001) till his retirement. His published books include "Nijaswa Pruthibi" (Odia poetry collection), "Fragments of Truth" (A Treatise on Philosophic truth)," An Elongated Shadow" (novel), "Baying at the Moon" (novel) and "Dream Peddlers" (novel).
