L J PeltropNew Author and longtime writer, L.J. Peltrop has been writing since ten years of age. His parents didn't want the burden of raising a child, so he was forced to grow up in numerous foster homes and youth institutions. As a ward of the state, in orderto escape the confines of loneliness and abandonment, L.J. would soon develop a deep passion for storytelling by filling up countless composition notebooks with heroic characters who galavanted across the globe. It didn't matter to the forgotten son if he never been or how farfetched the setting, as long as he could find refuge in his stories, he wrote them - no matter what. In 2007, the teenager's devoted social worker found a gracious family who would guide him through his final year of high school. With great luck and determination, he graduated a year later and headed off to Southern Connecticut State University with aspirations to achieve a B.A. in Creative Writing with a Minor in Political Science. Yet, while preparing to embark on his senior year, the aspiring writer was hit with a devastating loss which led him to withdraw and lose state funding that allowed him to pursue his dreams.
