L Chance ShiverL Chance Shiver is a Science Fiction writer living on a small mountain near Asheville, North Carolina. Native to Washington, DC and surrounding Virginia and Maryland, however, Chance is still deeply tied to Washington and particularly to the area surounding Rock Creek, the Potomac River and the C&O Canal National Park. These settings figure prominently in the his forthcoming novel, The Oberlin Anomaly. Chance holds a B.A. in English from George Mason College of the University of Virginia.
