Kym FraserKym Fraser is a researcher at the Future Industries Institute, University of South Australia, Adelaide, Australia. He also holds professorships at the University of Brawijaya, Indonesia, University of Kurdistan Hewlêr, Iraq and Aalborg University, Demark. Before becoming an academic, he spent 25 years in practice in the areas of operations, service and quality management. Since entering academia his research efforts have tended to fall within the broad field of business and management.
