Kingsley OgedengbeFirst Aid Trainer and father of three, Kingsley Ogedengbe, has been successfully delivering paediatric and First Aid training courses to parents, school teachers, colleges, childminders and nurseries through his own company and various other well-knon training companies. Originally from south-east London, Kingsley is a former British athlete, becoming Greater London 400 Metres Champion in 1989. He then moved on to study to become a life coach and personal trainer, specialising in diabetes and obesity management.
