Kid ElianaKid Chef Eliana won a 2013 Parents' Choice Approved award from the Parents' Choice Foundation for her first cookbook, Cool Kids Cook: Louisiana. The teen author hosts a weekly radio show on VoiceAmerica. She has shared the cooking stage with Chef Joh Besh, filmed with Chef Aaron Sanchez and Chef Carla Hall, and appeared on the Wendy Williams Show. Guests on her radio show include some of the top chefs in the nation. A 2013 recipient of Gambit's 40 Under 40 award, Eliana has a full plate of appearances and cooking demos along with teaching a Young Chefs Rock! culinary camp through the Louisiana Children's Museum in New Orleans.
