Khalil Z VictorDr. Victor Khalil is the founder and director of Ministries International (M.I.) in Southern California. He is a professor of Arabic Language at Biola University in La Mirada, California. Born in Egypt as the son of an Assemblies of God pastor, he wa ordained at the Middle East Theological Seminary in Beirut, Lebanon in 1982, received a Master of Arts in English Literature at Beirut University and a Doctor of Theology from the International Institute of Bible Study and Seminary at Plymouth, Florida. He pastored Arabic and bilingual churches, ministering to Muslim communities in Beirut, London, Detroit and Southern California for over forty years. He launched a ministry to the Arab and multi-ethnic Muslim community of Detroit in 1979, training others who have continued to work in the community to this day.
