Kerrison PrestonAs an Honours graduate in Biochemistry, Kerrison went straight into Public Relations and Marketing in the biotechnology industry then moved into business software - putting him through all the ups and downs of the corporate workplace. By age 26 he wa UK Public Relations Manager at what was then the world's largest PC business software company. He started learning Tai Chi (Chinese yoga/kung fu) in 1986, which got him thinking about health. So he did four years hard studying for his degree in Osteopathy, graduating aged 31 with a baby and a toddler and total assets of £200. He founded his own clinic in 1994, which he built up into a leading regional natural health centre. He also qualified as a Fitness Consultant and studied nutritional health management. In 2001 he became an advisor to the Red Devils Freefall Team, the display team of the British Army Parachute Regiment, who trained him in skydiving. In 2008 he joined the first ever expedition to skydive at Mount Everest - giving him a full minute of freefall above the Himalayas. Kerrison taught Anatomy, Osteopathic Technique and Clinical Studies at Oxford Brookes University. Tai-Robics, Kerrison's unique exercise system, emerged by combining the best of Tai Chi and yoga with the best of Western sports science.
