Kenneth SabeanKen Sabean was born in 1942 in the small fishing/farming community of Port Lorne, Nova Scotia, Canada. He, and his 11 siblings, were raised by his parents with a strong sense of faith and a belief in one creator of all things. He is the proud dad of wo sons, granddad of four and great granddad of one.Over the years, he worked in a number of industries including fishing and a career of more than thirty years in the kelp industry. Currently his knowledge of kelp keeps him busy consulting and mentoring while he continues to experiment with kelp extract and expand on new ideas.Recently he formed a company named Kinsart to manage and market his images of microminerals like the collection he's excited to share with you in this book. To this day, he still enjoys spending time on the shores collecting slate and kelp.
