Kenneth MorrisonKenneth Morrison is Professor of Modern Southeast European History at De Montfort University, UK. He is the author of Montenegro: A Modern History (2009), Sarajevo's Holiday Inn: On the Frontline of Politics and War (2016) and, wth Elizabeth Roberts, The Sandzak: A History (2013). He has written extensively on the modern history of the Balkans. He has published numerous scholarly articles in edited books and journals and he has written for the BBC, the Guardian, Balkan Insight, New Eastern Europe, IHS Global, Jane's Intelligence Review, Jane's Intelligence Digest and the Economist Intelligence Unit. He has been an external advisor to the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and was, in 2017, appointed Specialist Adviser on Balkan politics for the House of Lords International Relations Select Committee.
