Kenneth K C ChanKenneth K. C. Chan was born in Malaysia and currently lives in Singapore. He holds university degrees in both medicine and physics, and has formerly worked as a doctor in Singapore and as a scientific editor for World Scientific. The book was nominated for the Book of the Year award by Foreword Magazine in 2004, and was awarded an Honorable Mention. The second edition was published in 2024.In 2016, he wrote an online article, Why Relativity Exists, which presents the key findings of his paper, Time and Space, to a general audience. It emphasizes that consciousness is a critical component of our reality. In the same year, he also wrote an-other online paper entitled A Direct Experiential Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics, which shows how the Buddhist Madhyamika philosophy solves the mystery of quantum physics.In 2021, he published an online article entitled The Spiritual Path, which shows the remarkable synchronicity between Madhyamika philosophy, the Noble Eightfold Path, the Kab-balah Tree of Life, and the Tarot.
