Kendra Gail BergstromKendra Gail Bergstrom, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. After undergraduate work at the University of California, Berkeley, she attended medical school at Stanford University. At Stanford, she cmpleted research in immunology, clinical trials in psoriasis, and later in melanoma vaccines. She completed internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and residency in dermatology at New York University. Dr. Bergstrom is in private practice in Manhattan. In a teaching role, Dr. Bergstrom is a teaching physician at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at NYU, and a volunteer faculty member at New York Downtown Hospital. In addition to this book, she is the author a chapter in the textbook Dermatology in Internal Medicine, and several publications. She is a contributing editor to the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, authoring the News, Views, and Reviews column.
