Ken OkonkwoKen Okonkwo was born in Warri, Delta State of Nigeria in 1949 and hails from Obosi in Anambra State. His father was a policeman and being subject to frequent transfers, they traversed the southern parts of Nigeria until after the civil war. He thus, earnt some of the languages and experienced the variety of cultures first hand. He enjoyed a career in banking and through that, veered into finance house business, which he headed until he retired. Now fully involved in writing, he tells stories in the genre of historical fiction. Latest in the making is the series ' Fearful Whispers'.
