Ken McFarlandFrom County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, Ken McFarland's life took a significant turn in 1998. As a member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, he bore witness to the devastating Omagh bombing, where twenty-nine people and two unborn infants lost their livs. Standing amidst the aftermath, searching for bodies, Ken grappled with the weight of such merciless evil. It was in this moment that his search for the true nature of God began.Later he would leave the police force and establish his own business, providing him with the opportunity to pursue his deep calling to study and delve into theology. In 2014, he achieved a BA Honours degree from Cumbria University.Today, he plays a leadership role in his local Presbyterian church and volunteers in his regional Faith Mission Bookshop, keeping himself immersed in the ever-evolving world of theological literature.Ken's journey is a testament to the transformative power of God's grace and love.
