Kelly RystenKelly Rysten was born in Rockledge, Florida and her family moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico when she was a young girl. Being raised by a librarian and a teacher meant that books have always been part of Kelly's life. Kelly and her husband presently reide in southern California. They have two grown children, three grandchildren, and a crazy Australian Cattle Dog named Chase. Chase is named after Chase Downing, who is very much a part of this book. Kelly is currently working on more Cassidy Adventures and has begun to publish novels featuring her hobby of geocaching.
