Kelli Carmean Kelli Carmean holds a doctorate in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and teaches at Eastern Kentucky University. She wrote her dissertation on the household architecture in the residential area of Sayil, a major Maya sie in the Yucatan Peninsula.
