She has a diverse educational background. She holds B.Sc. (Electronics), MCA, B.Ed.( Educational Computing), M.Ed., Ph.D.(Education) degrees to her credit. She is gold.medalist in B.Sc and B.Ed. She has rich and diverse teaching experience of more than 25 years to variety of learning groups viz MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, BHM, B.Ed., M.Ed., PGDCA, Ph.D. and many more. She authored one book and published almost 40 research papers in journal of international and national repute. She has presented more than 70 papers in national and international seminars/ conferences. She also participated in many workshops and capacity building programs as participant and resource person.
