Katrina SachsLinda's journey as a writer began at a young age when a school librarian realized she had a fondness for books. The librarian encouraged her to read and today reading still sparks her imagination. Life inspires Linda just a reading does. The inspiraton she received from her family, played a part in all of her children's picture books. As in No More Pets, which became her husband's tagline each time his girls tried to bring another pet into their home. Linda also had the privilege to learn the craft of storytelling from her mother. Quiet moments together gave her a precious opportunity to learn more about her mom's life as a young girl growing up, especially during the great depression.Linda's books are relevant and relatable to many.
