Katie LaceyKatie Lacey is a former CEO and General Manager, a speaker, and a founding member of "The "Band of Sisters" after spending 12 years at PepsiCo in a variety of marketing roles at both Frito-Lay and Pepsi Cola. After leaving PepsiCo she served a SVP, Marketing for ESPN.

She most recently served as President & CEO of Crane Stationery, where she led a turnaround of the iconic 200-year-old business and the successful sale of the company.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
