Kate H RademacherKate Rademacher grew up outside of Boston and now lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her family. She works in international public health, and in her writing, she explores the ways that we can listen for and respond to God's call. She is curretly working on her second book, The Skin of His Face Shone: Short Lessons on Loving and Letting Go, about her experience as a foster parent. Rademacher has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Writing is central to her day job, and she has co-authored academic journal articles, a book chapter, technical briefs, and web content. She has been a guest blogger for numerous sites including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Impatient Optimist, Lancet Global Health and the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina.
