Kate DobrowolskaKate was born in Mountsorrel in Leicestershire, to immigrant polish parents. She is bilingual and she is a mother of five children and one grandchild. Kate suffers from Bipolar illness and creative writing helps her to feel motivated. Kate was an actve Scout and Guide Leader for 12 years, in her village of birth, where she created fun-filled educational creative programmes for children to enjoy. Kate has also worked as a school ancillary, and has had various forms of employment as a team leader and a manager. Kate enjoys writing animal stories as she feels that children can relate to life through animals, and she hopes that her stories bring educational and spiritual fulfilment for children and adults too.
